If I were to guess, they'll still make most titles accessible to Sony and Nintendo. Not doing so, would likely lead to antitrust suits. It sounds silly, but if Microsoft were to control all AAA developers, then there becomes no competition - and that's bad for everyone.

This is my exact concern. I hope competitors do manage to pull something out of the bag to prevent a monopoly.
