I don’t agree with giving children prison time, but a few years in juvie and around 1,000 hours of community service working with homeless people should work. Let them learn about what the homeless woman has to go through on a regular basis.

Teenagers should not be treated like children for criminal punishments, in my opinion.

That's fair enough, and I respect your opinion.

In my view, given they're old enough to know right from wrong, they should be treated as adults - which essentially means being punished In the same fashion.

Teenagers, given their developmental stage and increased awareness of consequences, should be subject to more stringent criminal penalties than younger children
