For me it's Tupac. Sure he gets overrated a lot because he died (im not denying it) but this is because we never got to see his bad music when he got older (like Nirvana, Sublime, Biggy, we like to overrate music when they die early)
Overall, 2Pac is a very good rapper who manages to get respect from the real Hip-Hop heads and the weak Club-Bangaz who try to convince the rest that T.I. and 50 cent are somehow great rappers, that I really don't get.
For me, overall 2Pac is the best rapper of all time and I know that many many people feel the same.
