It's tropical, our highest temperature here was like 45 celcius, and coldest was 20 afaik

Well, not much for us as we already bypassed 134 F few weeks ago. Physiologically, our body adapted to hot weather and I'm sure, I can't live in a very cold place tho.

it is not comfortable, also not a big deal. Yesterday, I had to demolition a wall and then breaking concrete blocks into small pieces using a sledgehammer. Temperatory was around 115 F and I was working in the sun.

Given you haven't experienced cold temperatures, your body and mindset can only relate to (extreme) heat, hence you have a high degree of tolerance. I'm exposed to both weather conditions and when It reaches around 105 Fahrenheit, It's unbearable.

To be honest, I'd be exhausted walking In that heat, let alone working In the capacity of what you've described.
