Covid myths don't annoy me in themselves.. it's the people who believe in them and spread it. Covid is real, get over it!

5G death beams... anyone with a extremely basic understanding of how RF works would know High Frequency is absolutely terrible at penetrating anything.

Now, if for some messed up reason you WANT to do some damage with RF... standing relatively close to and in front of a high powered microwave relay might do it.

Well... if you were to somehow have the door open, or worse, pull the magnetron from one and look into it while powered up, that would be pretty bad. You could go blind.
