I apply oil once a week, wash hair twice a week with shampoo conditioner. I use hair serum as well. Apply hair mask twice a month. Adding to it, I follow healthy diet as well.

I use only cocunut oil in my hair. I have never used any other oil and my hair is quite thick with negligible hairfall. I do use shampoo once a week at the most to wash away dust and prevent dandruff formation. I feel pollution has a very bad affect on hair and stress is directly related to hair loss.
