I'm currently using a GeForce Nvidia 620. Works great for my build, but it depends on how much you're spending on other parts too.

It's an OK budget GPU
I got it for about $120 I think.

In my laptop I have an AMD Radeon 6970M and in my desktop I have an EVGA GeForce GTX 680. Thinking of buying a second and putting them in SLI.
