Bright screens have been shown in many studies to cause trouble for a lot of people before trying to fall asleep. And it's especially prominent now with easy access to screens everywhere. When In need of sleep, there's no harm taking sleeping meds every now and then without the possibility of addiction. I didn't know that Seroquel has a sedative. I always thought It's used to treat manic depression/bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and neuropathic pain. The good thing about It (and unlike diazepam and particularly xanax), Is that It's not addictive. I tried melatonin but it messed me up a bit and I would wake up really drowsy and I couldn't focus for at least an hour or two.
