I seriously want to learn to customize linux like that. I've no idea where to begin though, as I could barely get my debian servers to hold together. It sounds like a nightmare (support wise) on my hardware.

I love it, it looks so cool
the way the tray is designed works really well with the background 
I myself am an Arch user too, Im using Blackarch, and mostly the CLI interface, but sometimes LXDE gui desktop interface.
and yeah, I maybe wanna customise the look into something hackerish, do you know any good place to start?

Oh you really customized everything. Only thing that’s missing would be rainmeter, I’m not sure if Linux is supported but if it is that’ll complete this setup. Overall looks great
