I like that the male characters don't look as odd or flamboyant as they can do in other games. I'd be more likely to want to play them.
Had some issues trying to get onto Genshin last night, but hoping to try again today. Fingers crossed I'll finally get to play.

You don't see many beards and they tend to have a more slender profile. Diluc is still an absolute chad, even if he looks a bit boyish.

Even the characters coming tomorrow look more like Diluc. Here's hoping they make the character cast a little more diverse, as they're just getting started.

If Genshin wasn't a Gacha game I think I would play it because it has similar BOTW aspects.
I just don't have the time to play Gacha games like Genshin nor do I have the commitment
