I'll get both for sure, we don't know much about Call Of Duty: Ghosts just yet. It is looking very promising I've got to say.
I mean come on? There is a new engine for Call Of Duty: Ghosts and of course the entire Call Of Duty series.

That's a hard decision man. Which one do you think you'll be playing a month after release? Which one will get more sales? That's what I think about when trying to deiced between two games.
