I predominantly opt for either .com or .net domains. In my view, .biz appears spam-like, hence I tend to Ignore sites with that extension.
Yes when you see a website with domains like .biz or with sub domains the website not looks in quality like someone wants to make a scam project but dont want to invest a money and time to a website to make that website look like professional job, the .com .net .org domains is good for me

I also have a couple of .org domains parked with my domain registrar, namely "hackforum.org" and "hackforums.org". In the event I wish to create a board/forum, I have a couple of pretty good options.
