I turned off "start skype when computer turns on" so I don't think thats the problem.
Navigate to %appdata%
(make sure skype is closed in task manager etc.)
Delete the skype folder.
Open skype.
If it's fixed you're welcome.

Re-ins your skype. Re-download and scan your pc. It seems like you having a virus.

Ope mgconfig.exe in windows than search for starting up programs, search skype, Now skype is not starting everything you start your PC.
Download malwarebytes update it ofcourse full scan your PC. Than restart your PC and try skype, Goodluck at all!
