This was calculated it's not a government entity 120k isn't shit so china wouldn't even hack into these accounts but for a person 120k in BTC is alot of money really impressive even if it's stupidness might've been on purpose considering they hacked into multiple peoples accounts it was a matter of time before twitter released this so they had to of opt-out for something quick like a BTC scam.
