Like, it feels weird, I sleep and then it feels like a minute has passed and then it's morning it's weird.

Ahhh I remember feeling this when I was still pretty young 6-10 years old
But kind of forgot about it

Yeah it sometimes disappears then pops back up again

You're not alone with this experience.

I feel the same way, Irrespective of the amount of hours I've slept.

The last was about my dead father walking into the room and saying that I failed him. The thing is - he passed away about half of a year ago and I live in his old flat right now. I think it's because of the sense of guilt I have. On the other hand, I didn't cause his death. I tried to help him. But failed.

That sounds rough, I've dealt with guilt nightmares for a long time, from my own experience u just learn to live with the guilt and accept it
A friend of mine killed herself after we had a fight (aprox 2 weeks after)
I've never been able to let go of that feeling that it's my fault that I pushed her over the edge

You just gotta move on and push forward.

I feel like I dream a lot, so for me, it feels like it's been hours... Which, I suppose it has been hours xD

The peace that you will get at night won't be there the whole daySmile

Agree.

I'd be lucky to get a few minutes of peace throughout the day.

Well, number one, fuck sleep.

Number two, if I have time to relax and unwind, I'm keeping that going as long as possible.
