North Korea has started acted all big with threatening with missiles and nukes, and this happens...a huge event and a bomb goes off, suspicious.
NK has an open target for anything in the States, and they choose a little cell phone rigged bomb for the Boston Marathon? Let's think about that one a little more..
If North Korea wanted to make a point to show they're not kidding around, they wouldn't have chosen an event like this. They would have gone for something bigger.
I'm not saying that it wasn't NK, because there always is the chance it could be, but I really don't think it is.

NK Still have all the intentions, but why do anything big that will DEFINITIVELY put you under the spotlight, something small and subtle, that can be blamed onto anyone.

Sure people's lives are now fucked up for good, quite literally.
What about the hundreds of innocent women, children, and men that get killed as "collateral damage" in the Middle East?
What if I care more about that, a place where my uncle is fighting for the lives of others, instead of a place that could care more about their gun laws and two people instead of an entire nation?
