The reply mothered gave should work for you. Kali Linux uses systemd.

Is your Wi-Fi card's chipset (example Atheros, Realtek, Ralink etc) compatible with Kali Linux?

It is a Realtek chipset but how do i check if it is compatible?

i installed kali linux usb live one i never face wifi problem ... its connect normally when you enter your wifi password.
