I like the glow effect and gradient, but it would be cool to allow personal customization. Maybe more options at higher upgrades.

Looks better than what I expected, nice job.

The "Top posters" column however, does not reflect Its statistics, nor Is It In descending order.

The glow effect does look particularly nice.

Oni often picks up on things I hadn't really even considered a problem, until he implements those fixes and I see how much better it is. The new username glow is certainly one of those things.
