So these people got the right point in my opinion. I mean, the kid plays video games during his spare time, he could easily do anything else, then why don't you restrict some other things? Like reading time or anything like this. Or maybe the kid is a streamer? Why not.

A reminder: You've already be warned for gravedigging. Since that was a nice post, and the thread is only 4-5 months old, I'll let it slide.

On topic: I agree. Better the child play games (some of which have been supported via empirical studies to actually have some benefits for developing kids), than let the child do something actually illegal in their downtime. What if that kid gets into coding and creating games as a result and builds a successful career? Of course, not every gaming child does that, but it should be the child and the parents right to make that decision, not the governments.

Lawsuit against the time-limiting order for playing video games. I didn't know what they could sue for. At this point, I didn't know at all that this was possible with video games. To sue the company for playing video games. This is some kind of nonsense, but you still need to find a lawyer quickly, otherwise you can slip a state lawyer who usually cannot help you with something. I personally use one site where you can find yourself a lawyer. Try this site, it might help you in this situation. Once this site helped me a lot. The site also offers online advice on defamation lawsuit consultation online.
