Unless It was reported many months prior, I'm trying to establish why the notification wasn't received as of recent.
Did you report each thread Individually?

I am reported threads,what is should find to be offensive,spam etc.And if i report user i don´t see point to report every single post.
Maybe reported only one or 2 post by this member by example.I reported 10 user or something or at least 5.

I mean that this is for safety only,because dead filehosts,imagehosts etc will change to place,where trojan horses or ransomwares have kept.
Also it might remove lots of banned members threads.And we have here this part that members banned, but posts still existed.

I don´t think that all threads,what are older than 3-4 years in hacking areas by example are deadbut mostly.Other sections too might have lots of dead links in old threads.But if it should be as it is then we will do nothing.

You could put all the banned/removed threads in a trashcan with a read only policy?

Although many threads contain banned members, some content Is still useful to the community.
I tend to close those that're deemed futile.
