I actually went to sleep at 1:30 am this morning, and feel a lot better.
Provided I don't have active computing sessions that need attending, I think I'll be doing this more often than not.

Further to my Initial post, I had a quiet New Year's Eve at home performing my usual computing tasks.
My days of partying are well and truly over.
