I've come across quite a few tools and online services, that fail to serve their purpose, hence I've stopped searching for working tools.

With puzzle i mean click the link, wait the 5 seconds and click multiple times (will generate popups) and at end you don't get the file.

The application was made in the .net framework, you can edit it via dnSpy or JustDecompile idk xd
the application just gets the "&dest=" tag present in the url and reformats the "%--" to actual characters
