What happens when you hit "Continue" In the exception?

Nothing happens when I click on Continue. It's simply that the dialog box closes when I hit 'Continue'. Also, for AstrProof, the error happens in case when I select "NewEgg" as the website (works fine in case of Amazon). It doesn't even recognize the NewEgg URL when I click on "Get Item Info" button.

I don't have the time to generate a video, nor TeamViewer.

The tool should simply execute. Have you tried It on another PC?

I tried running it on another PC running Windows 10 but gives the same error. Let me specify the exact steps (for AstroPID and the AstroProof) I took below so that you may be able to recreate the same error(s) at your end. I’m trying to run them on Windows 10 Pro Version 1903 (Build 18362.388):
1. Opened AstroPID, Devices Tab
2. Select Apple, iPhone 4s|32gb|white
3. It generates serial# and displays it, no IMEI# displayed. And, in couple seconds, it displays the error. Here’s the full text:

When I use AstroProof:
1. Open AstroProof
2. Put in all the basic information, Receipt type: Newegg, then hit next
3. It doesn’t allow me to add either cost or item# on the next screen (only allows to enter URL or shipping). So, I just enter a Newegg URL: https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16826138190. When I click 'Get Item Info', it says invalid Newegg URL, please try again
4. Opens the “Save As” dialog. I enter the file name to save it as.
5. Doesn’t save anything. Instead displays this error. Here’s the full text of the error message:

Yeah bro, it's giving the same error even in Sandboxie. I'm running v. 4.0 though. Here's what I did, I entered Apple then selected iPhone 4s option. I even selected different devices, like Motorola>motorola xoom , google>google nexus 7 8 gb etc. but it still crashes as soon as I click the check mark next to it. It only displays serial number, not IMEI, etc. Also, for AstroProof, it doesn't detect the Newegg link and doesn't pull any information. PS: I see that your AstroPID 4.0 looks different than mine. Look in the title bar, yours doesn't have the hash marks at the beginning and the end but mine does. Could it be that you're using a different version?
