Unfortunately, a legal will can be contested by those who're not part of the Immediate family.

It's wrong, and defeats the purpose of having a will to begin with.

I know if I died nobody in my family would even know that I had a paypal. So they would not even know to look there.

Their legal representative(s), will have the power to Investigate funds- be It a term deposit or any type of Investment portfolio.

Legal wills serve their purpose well, but (depending on locality) can be challenged, which I believe should not be permitted.
