I strongly suggest Installing It with a good paid AV such as Norton, Avira, Kaspersky, ESET, Avast.
Malwarebytes is a good program for windows.

Norton has come a long way since the bloated Norton SystemWorks back In 2002, and when It's firewall & anti-spam were separate entities.
