Look at how mature they are, their grammar, their contribution, activity etc.

I would pick my Staff mainly based on their skills, experience, personality and their attitude.
Obviously many other things also come into play such as organization skills, public relations, and so on. I wouldn't want my Staff partaking in immaturity activities or having emotion unreasonably alter their judgement.

Yes, the attitude is always the number 1 priority when hiring staff.
