He's kept his name out of any hacks intentionally. As long as it can't be proved he encouraged or enabled said hacks, he's legally in the clear.

It doesn't have to be purely torrent right? I can upload via mediafire to share files with everyone here. I think this is a good idea but we need a lot of replies here from members whether they'll find this a good feature.

Only a few people have posted here and a lot have probably read through the thread but do not have conclusive stance about the matter. Regardless, I'll give full support and will contribute if this would be implemented.
