Provided the results are what's expected, then that's all that matters- Irrespective of the software used.
Much to the disbelief of other users, I've created awesome banners using Microsoft PowerPoint.

I have to say, I've seen Lightroom being used more often as of late. I think it's a seriously underrated bit of software from what I've been told by those who do use it. I've yet to try it myself since I'm a little slow on the digital artwork scene.

Lightroom is a beautiful program for editing photos
