I could of had one done for me when I was in Mexico. So if you ever go on a cruise there or something, try to look for some of those "shady" guys. They also have fireworks and stuff.

Yes, doing illegal things in a country known for it's "off books permanent bail" is a really good idea.

Mexico's police tend to have this policy where, after paying your "bail"( all cash ), your paperwork happens to get lost and you never have to show up to a trial.

Mang, I was in a tourist part of Mexico. Maybe they might do that, but the guy was in a liquor store.

Tor is your gateway.

The tourist parts of Mexico are worse for such kidnappings, as the people there tend to have money.

i thought the FBI hacked tor. Iome thing about a weird code in the error messages that led all tor info back to some town in West Virginia.

Uhhh, no. What happened was FreedomHosting got hacked, the owner arrested, and a malicious script that could track users across sites was injected. It didn't equate to the FBI haz ur IP and what you were doing on the darkweb, but it certainly wasn't good. Since then, torproject got smart and advised its users to use an actually updated version of FireFox.
