Disk Cleanup has been native to Windows as far as I can remember. It does the job rather well.

And some tools, such as Perfmon and Resource Monitor, are quite powerful and very much underestimated by a lot of users.
For superior versions of Windows, the native VM being "Hyper-V", Is extremely stable and serves It's purpose quite well.

With Hyper-V, the Windows version & edition must support It, so too does the CPU with SLAT (Second Level Address Translation).

If you're running multiple sessions simultaneously, Hyper-V consumes a significant amount of Ram.

Got bought by Avast, and as I've shown in previous posts, Avast is known to collect your and sell your data, even if you opt out of information collecting.
Not to mention CC Cleaner isn't secure.
I highly suggest to anyone you find something better. There are 10's of free, open-source cleaners, all over the internet for all devices.
