I don't think that's quite true. They most likely have some type of alert system where they monitor for specific phrases and words on certain sites and search engines.

It's surprising how few people know of all the spying that goes on on citizens, I was having discussions about how we're all fucked because of all the spying that goes on and how we'll soon have no freedom over 10 years ago.

I don't know if you watched the video but this doesn't count for US citizens, but rather for every country outside of the us because we're obviously terrorists.
