I also won't be updating to windows 8 - I've tried the customer preview and I found it really irritating. Hated it to be perfectly honest.
I agree, it's definitely not good for a PC, it's more for a mobile tablet.

Yeah don't get me wrong - on mobile tablet's it looks great, but they've taken it a step too far by trying to implement it on PC's.

Ahhh see you guyss, i think Windows 8 is going to be just as good, perhaps even better, i tried the beta out, and i liked it, because i just disabled the "metro" feed and just used Windows 8 like Windows 7, ovbiously i wont be upgrading until i get a new PC, which i need about £2550 for, and thats gonna take me a while. Well depends how well i can learn to SE. But at the moment i am on Windows 7.

I has:
Primary computer with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Secondary computer with Lubuntu with MATE (Probably gonna change it to Linux Mint with Cinnamon if it's good)
Tertiary computer with Mac OS X Mountain Lion.
And Laptop also has OS X.

Windows 7 64x. Windows 8 looks fine, but it's going to be buggy for years to come.
