i think you will not find a free VPN with port forwarding.
In the past i was using nvpn to port forward my RAT. I didnt had any problems and the prices are fair.

i had the same question in the past, i tried every possible way to port forward however no free option available, so i used ra4w vpn, i used it for a month just to learn about RAT's and they do allow port forwarding.

if you port forward your vpn, do you still need to open the port on your router?

I looked around and it seems the only really good, reliable looking VPN that offered port forwarding was AirVPN
