I'll be spending time with family for the first time in a couple years. I've been abroad for a few years and it'll be good to be back with them this Christmas. I will miss hanging out with Oni, though.

Ahh, that sounds nice and it is always a shame when you have to leave others for a while, Personally can't stand being away from certain people in my life.

Completely agreed Mothered. I've already lost a lot of family members because of age or other stupid shit they did, you can never replace them.

I think that emphasises the importance of spending time with family at Christmas. They won't be here forever, so enjoy their company while you can.
