I love Cowboy Bebop! I have only seen bits and pieces of it on toonami but I like every episode!

You should be able to watch them on crunchyroll or gogoanime.

I just remembered how fun it is to re-watch SAO, for some reason. This is really the only anime that I'm able to continuously re-watch, even though it does somewhat rely on plot-twists.
