Thanks for sharing this.

You're welcome.

It's good to read you also have systems suited to the tasks they're dedicated to perform. In terms of not being Infected by keyloggers, RATs, malware etc, you boot off a Live CD/USB. I'm sure you're already aware of this.

Yup, in fact the "getting easy rid of" system is running almost only on a LIVE system. In terms of the other systems, I use the LIVE system only if I'm skeptical about some software.

Unfortunately, a Live CD/USB does not prevent the likes of a MITM attack but In terms of preventing Infection, It's certainly a good option.

I remember reading a few articles on this.

That's why I have dedicated systems based on their usability. One for sensitive account logins, and absolutely no other form of navigation- log In, log out and shutdown. And others that have fingerprinting (browser, sensors, operating system, hardware, location etc) and tracking disabled & anonymized. Of course, I have not distributed any element of personal Information.

Do you use Qubes? I read good things on this OS, and it seems to me like the perfect environment to do what you describe with a single machine.

Yes, amongst other OSes, I have It Installed on my VM. I'm glad you've mentioned It.

The fact that It's open-source, Is even better.  I highly recommend those who're serious about security, check It out via their official website.

Well, for that I use a C program distributed among systems to detect and stop it immediately if detected.
Maybe I could make a thread about this if anybody is interested.

I heard of it, but never actually try installing it. Another great project similar to Qubes is Whonix.

I also have Whonix Installed on my VM.

It tends to crash every now and then, but perhaps It's an Issue on my end that I've yet to Identify.

You can use this paragraph to describe the state of Facebook this year in. Despite facing many issues, Instagram has helped maintain Facebook's brand.

Sharing location history could potentially allow for more targeted advertising, but it also raises concerns about user consent and the potential misuse of personal data.
