Is there any opinions or suggestions on what I can do to help me sleep?
Listen to a quiet or boring speech lol

First, place the tip of your tongue behind your upper front teeth
Exhale completely through your mouth
Inhale through your nose while counting to 4
Hold your breath and count to 7
Open your mouth and exhale completely while counting to 8.
Repeat three or more times.

Suprisingly it helps me unless it's a serious case Smile

Putting on an educational video helps me a lot. If you like space stuff, please check out "SEA" on Youtube. That guy has such a relaxing voice with interesting videos of about 30 minutes. Perfect to fall asleep to.

Having a routine, being healthy, and not eating a couple of hours before bed.

I used not to be able to sleep well because I was working late at my laptop. Now I've realized that it's very easy to fall asleep if I don't use any gadgets two hours before bed. Also, sometimes I can turn on the TV to make some sounds, which helps me fall asleep too, and I put the TV on the sleep timer and it turns itself off after half an hour.

I try to follow my natural sleep cycle : go to bed late, wake up late. During years, I tried to sleep and wake up early but it wasn't working, now I understand why.
