Depends where you are but overall, renting anything is currently better than buying.
As for apartment or house, depends how much space you need.
Normally an apartment is enough unless planning to do a house share or start a family.

A house, less risk of getting other people infestations ( everybody isn't as sanitary as you ) i heard stories of people getting bed bugs from neighbors in apartments, roaches and more smh, also no people over your head, more privacy. A house with nice space from other houses also would be great

Depends on what you want in life. Solo I say get a flat. Family you should probably get a house but you can get a larger apartment as well and make it works

No correct answer to this one. Houses just tend to be more expensive so rather a nice apartment then as shitty house

I like the idea of an apartment. However, I do not like the possibility of rude or inconsiderate neighbors making noise at all hours of the day and/or being a hoarder with bug infestations.
