Depends on how long really. If it's not long (only hours) I find paper work maybe to do. Nap time. Go out. There's really a lot you can do. Even you're phone runs on data so you don't necessarily get too bored.

When the internet goes down, I take the opportunity to do things I often neglect. I might read a physical book, practice a hobby like painting or playing an instrument, clean and organize spaces, or engage in offline games with family or friends. Sometimes it's a chance to relax, meditate, or go for a walk outdoors. It's a great time to disconnect and focus on activities that don't rely on connectivity.
