It was a lot cheaper than an established one listed for sale. It's so peaceful and I really enjoy the privacy. RE: Apartment or house? - Mishapr - 01-12-2022 Finding a good company can be a pretty difficult challenge. Either they're going to charge a lot, or they will not get the job done. After trying to clean the floor by myself, I've decided that time has come for hiring a professional. I've talked with my wife about this, and she said that we should call someone from emop.co.uk because a friend of hers works with them and she was satisfied with their services. Said and done. Next week, they will come to my house and hopefully solve the issue. I don't know how the floors have gotten so bad, haha. RE: Apartment or house? - ConcernedCitizen - 01-12-2022 @Mishapr do you own a home or do you rent? I find it's easier when you own but financing a home to begin with, that was the hardest part. I'm also a very private person so buying was a fucking nightmare, and reps are really shitty people if you refuse to give them unnecessary details. I also think that owning is better because that means you can sublease and make free money. Literally, I can rent a guest bed in my house. I've been seriously considering it. Firstly, you have a large area to plant or your garden. Secondly, you can build a private house to your liking and make the layout the way you want.Simply put, yes, this is secondary to having shelter and a bed. But it is very important that your space is clean and personalized to your needs and design requirements too. Good answer. RE: Apartment or house? - Pascaline001 - 02-16-2022 I own a home. Well, as much as you can really own one. I pay a note on a home. I have over 100k invested in it but if I miss a few payments, lose my job etc. , the b*nk owns my home and at that point I might as well have been renting this whole time. It really depends on how much space you really need and if you are buying or renting. Im at the point where I have a family and want to invest, so a house is a good play for me. Renting is just paying for someone else's investment but can be fine if you don't need as much space. |
