Stressed or cant shut of your mind? If you dont know, what are you doing when you are laying there in bed? Get relaxed, clear your mind, excercise, get some action from your significant, stay of stimulants, etc I cant say that any of these will work, cause ill stay up for 4 days for stupid reasons or Im doing something. I was actually in the hospital to fix my sleep from working rotating shifts for decades. Meds didnt work. So went in and the number one thing they made me do was routine. I had to go to bed at the same time every day wether I slept or not, it worked, kept that for a long time. Just wanted to add keep a routine bedtime. Peace G RE: What do you do to help you sleep? - ijohns - 01-24-2022 To fall asleep faster it helps me to watch tick tock. Of course, it takes more time. But it really helps me fall asleep. RE: What do you do to help you sleep? - Skullmeat - 01-25-2022 A warm shower, white noise app and a body pillow. There is some evidence to suggest that they promote better sleep. RE: What do you do to help you sleep? - Shionari - 01-25-2022 Music (generally, the chill kind) is a big help, especially when I CAN'T sleep. I remember there was a time in my life where I had to fix my sleep schedule, and bring my bedtime down from 2 am~ to 8/9 pm. The first few days, it would take me around 4 hours to get to sleep. Music was largely what made those 4 hours of doing nothing bearable. RE: What do you do to help you sleep? - flying rat - 02-03-2022 lol i just use my phone until im too tired to stay awake. definitely not healthy to do RE: What do you do to help you sleep? - sherxan - 02-15-2022 (02-24-2021, 10:10 AM)ghostboy Wrote: I have serious insomnia. Ive been having problems sleeping since I was in high school at the age of 16. Im 21 now and its starting to get just as bad. If we calculate how much time a person spends on sleep, it turns out that we spend up to a third of our entire conscious life in a dream. in his entire life, an average person sleeps from 15 to 30 years, depending on how many years he lives. I recently realized that falling asleep alone has become a big problem for me. Neither a large warm blanket nor hot cocoa can replace the warmth of a loved one's touch. How big is your bed? I don't take up much space. (01-27-2022, 01:05 PM)toxatyt Wrote: I do not know what insomnia is, because I do sports and I fall asleep very quickly when I am tired. Insomnia is when you have trouble sleeping. RE: What do you do to help you sleep? - siaodongSE - 03-21-2022 Honestly, watching adult videos usually helps me sleep exceptionally well after that. The only problem is I usually watch them for 2 hours
