I think a lot of the social/self harm from drugs is a downstream effect of the prohibition of drugs, not drugs themselves. The harm reduction from decriminalizing drugs and creating safe/legal ways to seek help would be way greater than just fully prohibiting them.

Many people do not understand why some people become addicted to drugs or how drugs change the brain so that it leads to compulsive use. The problem is much more complex - drug addiction is a disease that has an impact on the brain, and because of this, it can not only be about willpower. I saw on https://joyorganics.com/relax-and-unwind-with-a-cbd-massage / that some drugs are beneficial from another point of view. Cannabis we saw that it is made and as oils that moisturize the skin of the face.

Nevertheless, weed is a much better alternative to harder drugs like cocaine, heroin, DMT, ketamine, meth, and others. It may be used as not only a treatment of these drugs, but as a way to cure nicotine addiction. Here, cannabis is similar in action to psychedelics, which are scrutinized to treat hard duds addiction ( as well as doldrums ). Here, someone told that it’s only up to people to get rid of physiological dependence. I don’t agree with that. It’s just physical, but not all about willpower. You can’t make yourself eat, or drink, right? Since they are your natural functions, you cannot go against them. In the same way, acts physiological dependence, people cannot give up drugs only through their willpower. The human body is an immensely intricate system, it’s speaking extremely elaborate chemical formula. So, it’s only the matter of your opioid receptors that lose their sensitivity, but not anything else. That’s flat. In my experience, I gave up smoking mostly with help of CBD weed concentrate ( now I mostly use CBD oil ). My strength of will wasn’t enough — and it’s that simple nicotine addiction we’re talking about, to say nothing of hard drugs ( where addiction is indescribably strong ). CBD acts as a sedative, and it helps to relax even much deeper than nicotine. In addition, it invokes neither physiological nor psychological dependence, unlike tobacco. For now, I use CBD oil or sweets with it, which I buy mostly at online weed, one of the top sellers in this industry ( mixing business with pleasure if one may say so ). So, I hope it may be helpful to you if you want to try a new efficient sedative, or if you want to give up smoking as in my case. Best regards

Once you're pass the age of 21, or even 25, You should be able to ingest anything you want. Criminalizing drugs, and the use of them does nothing positive for society in any meaningful way. Personal exp with drugs of all sorts mainly cannabis, LSD, Shrooms, and a bit of DMT/Coke has been extremely positive in 90% of cases.

This sort of comment is unconstructive, unhelpful and even harmful.

If you're serious, you clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

I had a bad experience with drugs, I do not recommend trying it for recreational purposes, you do not know how your organism will react.

Any drug use should be monitored and controlled but making them illegal is a bad move. It just allows crime to take control and costs the public loads of money. I feel hard drugs/ party drugs could be allowed to be taken under the correct conditions however I imagine the government should deter those still.

The war on drugs hasn't been profitable and has only resulted in gangs getting richer. It's never going to stop. Why not try a different approach?
