And if to look from existing, by the experience, I can tell that at present the best is Kaspersky I from Russia, and know all its delights, worked in the company (not for long) but it is unimportant. Important that codes of new viruses, they fixed is instant.Excuse for my English RE: wich one is the better antivirus? - middlebopper - 02-05-2014 AVG slower down the PC lol . There are some out there but the majority of the Linux community see them as a waste of resources as Linux doesn't really have a virus problem the last time I checked (admittedly a while ago) there where a total of 43 known malware programs for Linux most of which where obsolete due to new releases of the kernel (unless you use Mint). To get that malware running on your system to cause damage would mean running it as root and no one in their right mind would give an unknown application root privileges so as you can see it's pretty pointless. RE: wich one is the better antivirus? - Tux5187 - 02-25-2014 I have been using Avast myself on three computers. I have the Internet Security Version and love the options I have for it. It even has a VPN service which I don't use but trialed and liked quite a bit. |
