Your sexual preference aside, be the person that you want to date. Do cool stuff that you find interesting in the world, have hobbies, and treat yourself with kindness. Try activities that you've always wanted to do and don't let anxiety whisper unkind things in your ear. I don't have much to say about dating apps, but I have seen in my life and in my friends' that the most authentic bonds happen from meeting people doing things you both like. Good luck!

Try to find a new hobby. Start socializing with people (It doesn't matter if you talk with men or women your goal is to get better in communication). Just live your life and when you see someone who is very attractive for your just go for her and start talking naturally.
