Local accounts still exist, but it really begs the question of who's signing off on this nonsense.

Can be easily altered:
Taskbar Settings > Taskbar behaviors > Taskbar alignment

I had my BIOS pass protected and when i updated to Win11 i either forgot the password i had been using to log into the bios menu for 2 years or win11 reset the password and locked me out of it because of it

If you're having problems with installing Windows, due to TPM/CPU/RAM requirements:
