I shall not raise the insult, but, by ethic I mean : you can do something "illegal",from the point of view of the law, but you can be a good guy if you make it for good reasons (From your point of view this time, your ethic) and conversely.

Thanks a lot for this short explanation and intro into the hacking world here. ^^ I have read a lot of different rankings and classifications slapped into my face by Google. This one is not the most detailed, but the easiest to understand and I enjoyed reading it a lot.

I have a question, though, to the more experienced ones around here.

I would kinda prefer to learn all of the topics (or at least the basics of many of them) a hacker can engage in. Would that take too much time? I am the kind of person that hates restrictions. But still, I do not know how many difficult things would expect me on the way. Would you recommend attacking many different topics, though? Do you think a human can take the work behind all of it? :Confused:

To answer your question yes it would. No one can know everything, anyone who says otherwise is either lying or ignorant, But that said it's important to have an understanding of different concepts especially when starting out, and once you start studying you will most likely find yourself being drawn more towards one subject that takes your interest so for know study the different aspects and get a good grasp of those until you find one that really interests you.

That´s a shame. But you´re probably right. I shall start with multiple ones and specify on what sparks my interest.
