I can honestly say that I am happy.
I've found that doing a lot for animal welfare, like fostering cats and kittens for a shelter, and adopting abused animals to give them a good place for the rest of their lives have brought me so much joy.

If you have a lot of stress in your life, find ways to reduce it, such as learning a few time-management techniques.

I really don't know what this does mean. I am alternating with good and bad mood moments, as everyone. But I'm not under death penalty sentence or scared for my life. So I guess I should be happy.
