how can I earn theses awards ?
This award is for establishing your presence in the community as a whitehat hacker.
This award is for establishing your presence in the community as a greyhat hacker.
This award is for establishing your presence in the community as a blackhat hacker.

I don't know In what capacity the awards are referring to, but stating the obvious, do have the skill set pertaining to all the above?
