No Sound and Slow video playback on window 7 - Kazuki Araya - 08-24-2018
Morning guys..
My uncle laptop having problem of no sound and slow playback video in Gom Player, Pot Player, Window Media Player and ALSO IN streaming online video like yOUTUBE. This happen after my uncle laptop was repair his mainboard because of faulty in hardware previously. Now, after his mainboard laptop was repaired, this problem occurs. My uncle laptop is Acer Aspire 4736Z, Window 7 Ultimate 64-BIT Service Pack 1, RAM is 5GB Apacer ddr3-1600 , Internal Hard Disk is 5OOGB Seagate Barracuda.
How i can fix this?

I suggest bring it to repair shop to check it again. Maybe repair shop staff stole your ram or something haha

In system Properties pc , it mention 5gb RAM.
any others solution?

Well, the RAM seems off. Try taking one out and see how it goes.
Was it always 5GB RAM?

Before upgrade, the laptop is 1 GB RAM only.
after addition of 4GB RAM, the total RAM now is 5GB RAM.

Are the latest drivers Installed for both the video and sound card? Is "streaming" fine for other devices on the same network?

Yes. I already install the latest version for both video and sound card on my uncle laptop.
streaming online also no sound and slow motion playback video.

Are other devices on the same network streaming fine? To eliminate the probability of anything software-related, hit a clean Installation of Windows with only the bare essentials Installed thereafter. If It's still the same, take It back to the person(s) who're responsible for the damage.

Given It was running fine prior to the repair, It certainly does point to a hardware Issue as a result of their (poor) workmanship.
If they fail to reply by phone, physically attend the premises.
