I'm not sure what my favourites would be, but these are ones I keep coming back to:
- Cowboy Bebop
- SAO
- Attack on Titan (still haven't seen the second season as I promised to watch it with Oni)
- Elfen Lied
- Knights of Sidonia
- Gargantua on the Verdurous Planet
I also like a large majority of the shows everyone else has listed so far.
